5-2 is what the record book says; no arguments possible.... what does the crystal ball say about the remaining games? Plenty of arguments can be had on THAT subject.....
vs Tennessee: A bad (but talented) UT squad under a lame-duck coach. Looks like a coin-flip to me. Hopefully home-field makes the difference... UK 24 UT 17.
vs Ole Miss: A mediocre Ole Miss squad that just lost its' Quarterback. Has shown it can light-up the scoreboard but may now be limited on that end. Expect a pinball type of score and another (very) narrow UK win. UK 35 Ole Miss 32.
@ Vanderbilt: That Top-25 ranking for Vandy seems like a lifetime ago; recently been nothing but blow-out city. A low scoring affair on tap and another close UK win. UK 17 Vandy 10.
@ Georgia: UK lives off the confidence of that 3-game win streak and surprises the Dawgs in Athens! Just kidding; this ones going to make the Mississippi State game look good. Georgia 271 UK 3 (not a mis-print).
vs Louavull: The FSU win breathed life into a program heading in the wrong direction but that defense is highly suspect. Expect another ping-pong game w/ the bad guys getting revenge. Louavull 40 UK 28.
It is conceivable that UK finishes 4-1 over the stretch but wouldn't be shocked to see 1-4. Honestly, I believe much depends on the result this weekend setting the tone for the remainder of the season.
