Thought I would start a thread to see where everyone lives, thought we might be surprised at who we might know.
I will go first.

Born in Louisville, moved all around the south growing up and then joined the military. Am currently in Oceanside (Camp Pendleton), CA. always respect the hell out of you men and women who wear the uniform, whatever branch, for this country. always like to take the chance to say thank you to anyone i meet that has served or is serving for this country. and that goes for anyone else on this board. my grandfather was former army, served in europe during the korean war. he passed away a couple of months ago. was in communications in the army. took that and got into broadcasting. worked radio his entire life, never retired up until he got sick this year. has a mic award and is in the ky broadcaster's hall of fame. his radio station, WMSK, is still a stl cardinal and university of ky affiliate. thus, my strong fanhood for the stl cards and the cats. there was nothing better than jack buck(kmox) and cawood as a child. he never talked about his service, i mean ever. until he got sick, this year, and started to let loose a little. man, he had some stories we never knew about. sry, got off topic! again thanks to all you who serve!
