have to disagree with rick on this one. I can see the side that letting her return, tyrese then knowing, could cause a mutiny at the prison. people taking sides, etc. but, then again, it shouldn't have been rick's decision. it should be the group's to determine her fate. and since when did he decide to start making decisions for people again? and the double standard, carl killed the kid at the end of the third season, also could be considered possible self defense, or just murder. so how is exiling carol any diff? and what keeps her from just driving back anyway? I liked the episode a lot though. seemed to seeing the mental stress on many of the characters, and there breaks taking place. also, like how they show how the children are completely messed up. carl, his troubles. (forgive me on names) the girl who was naming the walkers, and now the one who thinks its ok, when you turn, you just become something else. and her cold outlook. yea, kids, ones who have survived this long, would be completely messed up in the head at this point.
not sure how daryl is going to react to rick's decision. but I have a good idea! everybody is breaking. no way am I convinced this is some sort of "swine flu" just not consistent with that.
anyone else's thoughts..

Rick made it clear that he wasn't making the decision for the group, but for him and his family. I hadn't considered the possible fallout with Daryl, so that should be interesting

so this was more or less a "set up episode" tho still pretty good. i still wonder what the infection is that is killing everyone. no way no how is it some sort of flu. daryl is going to go ape sh** when he finds out about carol, imo. and oh yea, the governor is back. so what exactly has he been up to this whole time

Don't agree with Rick for whatever reasons he may have......Carol had to make a choice - she was on the council.....while ole Rick quit and became a farmer - so she made the choice.....maybe it was wrong in hindsight but hindsight is always 20-20. Still lovin Carl - that's one bad young dude....he can cover my back in an alley though. Darryl is not going to like Rick's decision and with the Gov back and Mischa still on the hunt.....its going to be for some interesting shows comin up/

who knew the governor was such a big hearted nice guy. i liked how they did the flash back to see what he has been up to. flash forward to the governor eyeing the prison, not so sure that is the same nice guy governor. have a feeling he has some bad intentions brewing.

governor got him a tank. i believe this goes along with the comic story line. some main characters are going to get the ax in the mid season finale, and the group is going to have to leave the prison if everything holds true.

I'm liking the way they're doing the Governor back story thing. I haven't read any of the comics, so the show is the only knowledge I have of the characters.

I've read most of the comic to point where Rick is playing possum in the DC area ....if I remember ......its been awhile. Now you've almost got me to go back and see who will die in the 'battle'......but I won't I sure hope that Darryl and Glenn survive....they're my favorites....I love Michonne too but the Governor vs Michonne which I see coming has me worried for her.

I may watch but not with the interest that I have at the moment. Let them take Tyrese's head........I liked Carol
