Much made of the O.T. decisions but you can't argue that UK was fortunate to be in O.T.. Defense and Special Teams gave UK the opportunity but the O was abysmal. No shame in the loss.
You can go pro or con with the timing of the "off week" coming after the 1st loss of the season. Coming at the mid-point of the season it gives an opportunity to heal-up and freshen the bodies for the end games. However, does the mental aspects play out as a positive? Vandy at Commonwealth, er Kroger Field could be a trap game. Could see the aftermath of an A&M hangover, a rusty team, and a potentially under-appreciated opponent make for a close outcome.
Hope this senior-laden team practices angry for the next 10-days and comes back focused.
At least we're not Louavul.......

The bye week is coming at a great time, right in the middle of the season. This team hasn't really shown a tendency to not focus on the job at hand, and I'm throwing out the Murray game as a completely understandable letdown after the huge UF win.

I was really disappointed in that 3rd and 2 call. Terry seemed rattled all night. Not sure why we went away from pounding the ball with Benny. He averaged 4.5 yards a carry. Still if there are 2 teams I’m ok with us losing to this year, it’s A&M and Georgia.
