After four straight games where it seemed UK might have turned a corner I'm not sure what to make of the Knoxville debacle. Is it a hiccup? A groundhog day version of Auburn? A sign of things to come? Beats me on what to expect against Florida.
Unlike UK, Florida is exceeding expectations in this first year under their new head coach. They play solid defense and can be very effective on the offensive end of the floor (ask W.Virginia). I believe UK will come out and play angry but there is no defensible REASON for my belief; I guess that equates to HOPE.
I can't say I'm disappointed in the 2015/16 squad because we are still a respectable 16-6 and I realize we've all been spoiled by 6 years of crazy-level success (okay, make that 5-years); so let's just say I'm currently dis-enchanted instead. That phrase is apt since we're playing Disney World Gators.

Intentionally stayed away for the most part since the Rocky Top debacle. I was afraid that I couldn't temper my anger. Enough said. We will just have to wait to see which team is going to show up against the Gaytors.

let's be honest........prior to the season starting, everyone was talking about how dominant this team was going to be with potent outside shooting & a dominant Skal & Poy inside. the win over Duke did nothing to change everyone's mind. Then the loss @ UCLA, but a win over UL. Then the loss @ LSU, Auburn & Tenn.........teams at the time they played UK were not playing that well & barely over .500................so yes, I am disappointed with the results.....should have never lost to Auburn & Tennessee, especially with big leads
